What to expect...
Thess friendly classes are ideal for people new to yoga, through to those with years of experience. The over-riding aim of each class is to ensure you leave feeling better than you arrived !
Each class has a different theme, and Kate is always happy to address specific ideas from students such as yoga for easing tight shoulders, or yoga to ease stress.
Classes begin with a short centreing exercise, before moving onto the postures. Alternative options are provided for students who wish to practice more gently. Class always concludes with a relaxation session. The relaxation techniques change regularly so there is bound to be something to suit you, even if you find it very difficult to relax. Each class will include postures (asana), breathing practices, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
When, where and how much ?
Thursday mornings, Rise and Shine class 8:30-9:30am (£4) and 9:45-11:15am (£5.50 or £4 for low income)
Newton Village Hall, Grange Cross Lane, West Kirby, CH48 8BJ
There is plenty of free parking at the hall. The 437 bus route is 6 minutes walk away.
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and blanket.

19/7/18 - end of term - ideas for simple home practices throughout the summer break
