A variety of classes are now available.

A great selection of classes, with something to suit everyone.  Have a look at the Yoga Class Descriptions page to decide which class suits you best - or you can also join in with a recorded class at a time to suit yourself.

If you are on a low income, please book in at a reduced/free rate - all the details are on the booking system.


Book in for any five classes, and receive a £5 discount - this is automatically applied at checkout.


Sorry - no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket up to 24 hours before the class starts.  If you are unable to join your booked class, you can join via Zoom, or I will send a copy of the class recording or its equivalent.  


If the class you'd like to book onto is full, please join the waiting list - you will receive notification if a place becomes available.

Class guidelines.  


As yoga students we are already good at being flexible (!), so if the need arises, we will stop the face to face classes.

Please DO NOT ATTEND if you have any covid symptoms.


Class sizes have been reduced in line with safe distancing rules.


Please book online - if this is not an option for you, please get in touch with Kate for other options


If you cannot attend a class, you can transfer your booking through the Bookwhen system, or please let me know.


Please bring all your own equipment - if you'd like to purchase equipment please contact Kate who may be able to order it for you.


Use hand sanitiser when you arrive and leave the class, then use the thermometer to check your temperature.


Wear a face mask while setting up your practice area, and packing up after class. 


Please be respectful to your fellow students. Maintain social distancing guidelines at all times.


I will endeavour to ensure that doors are open before the class starts to minimise the need for you to touch handles etc, and also to ensure the venue is well ventilated.


Take your place in the studio/hall as soon as you can to create your own little bubble.


Online class preparation

During the coronavirus pandemic classes will be available  through Zoom, so you will practicing at home.  Please prepare an area at home where you won't be disturbed, with your yoga mat, belt (a dressing gown belt will do), block or cushion. and a blanket so you stay warm during relaxation.


You might like to play some gentle music in the background (I am unable to play music because it distorts through Zoom), and light some candles and create a lovely atmosphere for the class at home.

 

Please ensure you only move to a level that is comfortable for you, omitting or modifying anything that doesn't feel right.
